Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 3, 2026

This page is maintained by Get Quran Online to explain the terms for using our service. It is not legal advice or a certification of any kind. By using our website or signing up for classes, you agree to these terms.

1. About our service

Get Quran Online provides live, one-on-one online Quran classes for children, sisters, and adult beginners. Classes are delivered via Zoom at scheduled times. We match students with teachers and provide weekly progress reports to parents or guardians.

2. Who can use the service

Accounts for children under 13 must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account for a child, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and consent to our collection and use of the information described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your parent portal password. We may suspend or restrict access if we detect misuse, abuse toward teachers, or violation of these terms.

4. Scheduling, attendance, and cancellations

  • Classes are scheduled in advance based on the plan you choose.
  • Please join classes on time. Repeated late arrivals may reduce the effective class time.
  • If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible. We cannot guarantee rescheduling on the same day.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to teacher illness or technical issues, and will offer a makeup session where possible.

5. Payments, refunds, and cancellation

Fees are listed on our pricing page and agreed before classes begin. Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime before your next billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for unused classes due to our fault; contact us to discuss.

6. Conduct and respectful use

Students, parents, and teachers are expected to behave respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, inappropriate language, or sharing of harmful content during classes will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, reports, website content, and branding on Get Quran Online belong to us unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We do our best to provide reliable, high-quality Quran education. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including internet outages, device issues, or third-party platform failures such as Zoom. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current month of service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email or WhatsApp.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Pakistan.
